A gag order has been imposed on the case of a 13-year-old girl who was allegedly buggered by six males in St Ann last month.
The decision was made by Senior Parish Judge, Vaughn Facey, when the case was mentioned in the St Ann Parish Court on Tuesday.
A gag order means that persons, including the accused and their attorneys, who are involved in the matter, are not allowed to discuss the case publicly.
The accused, including two boys aged 16 years, along with three men aged 18, 20 and 23, have all been charged with buggery and grievous sexual assault.
A sixth male was slapped with similar charges stemming from the incident, and brought before the court last Friday. He subsequently remanded, along with three other accused. ....
