PATERSON, NJ - The Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office and the Paterson Police Department are investigating an incident in which a 23-year-old woman from Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania claims she was in Paterson early Saturday morning.
According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora, members of the Paterson Police Department were advised that the victim had arrived at St Joseph’s University Medical Center at approximately 2:54 a.m. seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.  
Based on the initial investigation the victim was a passenger in a motor vehicle traveling on Madison Avenue, crossing Route 80 when the vehicle was struck by gunfire.  ....
