Springfield Mayor Jim Langfelder is hoping to have Jackson Street from Capitol Avenue to the Lincoln Home area renamed Harry Marshall Avenue.
Currently, the honorary designation for Marshall covers the intersections of Jackson at Second, Fourth, Seventh, Ninth, 11th and Elm streets; McCreery and Wheeler avenues; and Martin Luther King Drive. ....
