Spencer Highs School Drama Students Honored for Successful Year Amid Pandemic

Spencer, IA (KICD)– It goes without saying that the last 14 months have been difficult for many, but the challenges surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic did not stop students in the Spencer High School Drama Department from having a successful year.
Director Katie Kardell sat down with KICD News to look back at the abnormal year that started in the Fall with the now award winning production of “Upstaged by a Pandemic”.
From there Spencer High School moved on to the Spring musical “Children of Eden” which is receiving its share or recognition. ....
