JAMMU, Mar 17: Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha today chaired a high-level meeting to review the progress being made on the prestigious Jammu and Srinagar Smart City projects.
During the review meeting, the Lt Governor asked the concerned functionaries to make a visible impact while working with high professionalism and clear vision.
Laying special emphasis on accelerating the approval of DPRs and tender allotment process, the Lt Governor directed CEOs of Jammu Smart City Limited (JSCL) and Srinagar Smart City Limited (SSCL) for constituting a technical committee for early vetting of DPRs of the projects. ....

International Womens Day-2021 celebrated across Kashmir

Srinagar: In connection with International Womens Day, celebrated on 8th of March every year, a number of functions to commemorate this day were today held across all the districts of Kashmir division.

2 Day Fine Arts Exhibition at TRC Thrown Open

SRINAGAR- The Chief Executive Officer, Srinagar Smart City, Limited, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Chowdhary who is holding the additional charge of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir Tuesday inaugurated two day long Fine Arts Exhibition here at TRC today.
The exhibition is being organized by Srinagar Smart City Limited in collaboration with Department of Tourism, Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Shahid said that the initiative is aimed to revive the rich heritage of the region, besides providing a platform to young and budding artists of the Valley to showcase their talent. He lauded the efforts of the Department of Tourism for the support and said a platform like this was needed to bring young artists under one umbrella and boost their morale. ....
