बिहार के दशरथ मांझी ने अपने प्रेम के लिए जो किया वो सब जानते हैं। कैसे उन्होंने पत्नी की मौत के बाद पहाड़ के सीने को काटकर एक रास्ता तैयार किया था। ऐसा ही एक मामला अब सामने आया है ओडिशा से। यहां के नयागढ़ जिले के ओडागांव ब्लॉक  के तुलुबी गांव के रहने वाले एक आदिवासी शख्स ने पहाड़ को काटकर 2 किलोमीटर लंबी सड़क तैयार कर दी।
गांववालों के लिए किया यह काम
इस शख्स का नाम हरिहर बेहरा है। उनके गांव में पहुंचने के लिए किसी भी तरह की यातायात सुविधा नहीं थी। ऐसे में गांववालों ने प्रशासन के सामने कई बार इसको लेकर गुहार लगाई। आखिरकार हरिहर ने खुद अपने भाई के साथ इस काम को करने का बीड़ा उठाया।
पहले जंगल को किया साफ
उन्होंने और उनके भाई ने मिलकर पहले जंगल के एक रास्ते को पूरा साफ किया। इसके बाद उन्होंने पहाड़ को तोड़ा, पहले उन्होंने धमाके के जरिए पहाड़ को तोड़ने का प्लान बनाया था। लेकिन बाद में इसमें फेरबदल किए गए। गांववालों ने भी उनकी कुछ हद तक इस काम को करने में मदद की। उन्होंने अपनी लाइफ के तकरीबन 30 वर्ष इस सड़क का निर्माण करने में लगा दिए।
नहीं था कोई और रास्ता

हरिहर ने बताया, ‘गांव से शहर जाने का कोई और रास्ता नहीं था। हम गांव आते और जाते दोनों वक्त बहुत परेशान होते थे। हमने प्रशासन से भी कई बार गुहार लगाई लेकिन कुछ नहीं हुआ। इस रोड को पूरा बनाने में लगभग 30 वर्ष लग गए। मैं आज सड़क को देखकर बहुत खुश होता हूं। दूसरे गांव के लोग हमारे गांव को देखने आते हैं।’
अब करने लगे हैं आगे काम
जिला ग्रामीण विकास विभाग और पंचायत इस सड़क का काम पूरा करवा रहे हैं। लगनजीत राउट जोकि सब कलेक्टर हैं वो खुद इसका मुआयना करके गए हैं। और उन्होंने भी हरिहर के काम की सराहना की है।

Sawan Somvar | शिवजी कैलाश छोड़कर धरती पर यहां रहते हैं 4 माह, करते हैं यहीं से सृष्‍टि का संचालन


आषाढ़ी एकादशी के दिन से चार माह के लिए देव सो जाते हैं। अंग्रेजी कैलेंडर के अनुसार इस बार चातुर्मास का प्रारंभ 20 जुलाई 2021 से हुआ और श्रावण मास का प्रारंभ 25 जुलाई 2021 रविवार से हुआ। श्रीहरि विष्णु चार माह के लिए योगनिंद्रा में सो जाते हैं तब उस दौरान भगवान शिव की सृष्टि का संचालन करते हैं।
1. चार माह के लिए भगवान विष्णु में सो जाते हैं और इस दौरान भगवान शिव के हाथों में सृष्टि का संचालन रहता है। इस अवधि में भगवान शिव पृथ्वीलोक पर निवास करते हैं और चार मास तक संसार की गतिविधियों का संचालन करते हैं। शिव का माह श्रावण माह ही चातुर्मास का प्रथम माह है।
देवशयनी एकादशी के दिन भगवान विष्णु सो जाते हैं और चतुर्दशी के दिन भगवान शिव सो जाएंगे। जब भगवान शिव सो जाते हैं तो उस उस दिन को शिव श्यानोत्सव के नाम से जाना जाता है। तब वह अपने दूसरे रूप रुद्रावतार से सृष्टि का संचालन करते हैं। भगवान रुद्र की स्तुति ऋग्वेद में बलवान में अधिक बलवान कहकर कहकर की गई है।
2. मान्यता है कि सृष्टि का कार्यभार देखने के लिए भगावन शिव माता पार्वती, गणेशजी, कार्तिकेय और नंदी आदि गणों के साथ अपनी ससुराल कनखल आकर रहते हैं।
3. जन प्रचलित मान्यता के अनुसार वे हरिद्वार के पास कनखल में राजा दक्ष के मंदिर में आकर रहते हैं।
4. कनखल हरिद्वार का सबसे प्राचीन स्थान है। इसका उल्लेख पुराणों में मिलता है। यह स्थान हरिद्वार से लगभग 3.5 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है। वर्तमान में कनखल हरिद्वार की उपनगरी के रूप में जाना जाता है।
5. कनखल का इतिहास महाभारत और भगवान शिव से जुड़ा हुआ है। पौराणिक मान्यताओं के अनुसार कनखल ही वो जगह है जहां राजा दक्ष ने प्रसिद्ध यज्ञ किया था और सती ने अपने पिता द्वारा भगवान शिव का अपमान करने पर उस यज्ञ में खुद को दाह कर लिया था।
6. माता सती के अग्निदाह के बाद शिव के गण वीरभद्र ने राजा दक्ष की वध कर दिया था बाद में शिवजी ने उनके धड़ को वश्व के सिर से जोड़ दिया था। इसी घटना की याद में यहां पर दक्षेश्वर मदिर बना हुआ है।
7. आज कनखल हरिद्वार के सबसे ज्यादा घनी आबादी वाला क्षेत्र है। आज भी कनखल में बहुत सारे प्राचीन मंदिर बने हुए है। खरीदारी के हिसाब से हरिद्वार में कनखल का बाजार एक उपयुक्त स्थान माना जा सकता है।
8. कनखनल हरिद्वार की प्राचीन धरोहर है। यह राजा दक्ष की के राज्य की राजधानी थी। यहीं पर विश्व प्रसिद्ध गुरुकुल कांगड़ी विश्वविद्यालय भी है।
9. हरिद्वार को पंचपुरी भी कहा जाता है। पंचपुरी में मायादेवी मंदिर के आसपास के 5 छोटे नगर सम्मिलित हैं। कनखल उनमें से ही एक है।
10. कनखलन में रुईया धर्मशाला, सती कुंड, हरिहर आश्रम, श्रीयंत्र मंदिर, दक्ष महादेव मंदिर, गंगा घाट और उनका मंदिर, शीतला माता मंदिर, दश महाविद्या मंदिर, ब्रम्हेश्वर महादेव मंदिर, हवेली सदृश अखाड़े और कनखल की संस्कृत पाठशालाएं।
