RCCI to hold online moot for Pak businessmen on trade with mainland and Hong Kong, China--China Economic Net

ISLAMABAD, April 28(Gwadar Pro)―The Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI) will organise an online conference for Pakistani businessmen on April 29, to introduce trade opportunities within Hong Kong and mainland, China.

Sigma, the head of Research and Development department at RCCI, told Gwadar Pro that Pakistani commercial counsellors in Beijing and Hong Kong will brief Pakistani businessmen on trade opportunities offered by China.

Traders from Pakistan can learn about how to sell their products in the Chinese market through proper channels and vice versa, she said. She also concludes that the ‘Virtual Int’l Trade Forum 2021: China & Hong Kong Chapter’ will bepart of a series of such online webinars organised by the RCCI for Pakistani traders, aiming to help the Pakistani traders to showcase themselves to the overseas markets. ....

Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI)will organize the “Virtual International Trade Forum “China-Hong Kong Chapter on April 29. Chamber President Nasir Mirza said that commercial and trade consular from Pakistan and abroad would participate in the event to apprise the business community about trade and export opportunities in China and Hong Kong markets. HONG KONG and LOS ANGELES, Jan. 15, 2021 /PRNewswire/ The Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) today announced that the provisional total number of visitor arrivals in 2020 was 3.57 million, a 93.6% drop from 2019. Arrivals in January 2020 alone accounted for the majority of the annual total. As COVID-19 started to spread around the world in February, Hong Kong limited entry to overseas visitors and introduced stringent quarantine measures from mid-March onwards. Most people arriving in Hong Kong thereafter were visiting family members or traveling for other essential reasons, reducing the number of tourists to almost zero.
