A Louisville man is behind bars after police said he tried to break into a music store a second time after previously stealing more than $18,000 in property, all while using stolen Amazon delivery vans.Michael Ostrander, 41, was arrested Wednesday on charges of burglary, attempted burglary, criminal mischief and fleeing from police, according to an arrest report.Investigators said Ostrander is the suspect behind two burglaries at Family Music Shop on 3rd Street Road.According to the arrest report, the business was burglarized during the early morning on Nov. 19.
