Forty-year-old Seth Adam Bond from Somerville is facing a slew of charges.
The victim also believes Seth Bond mistook him for a woman because of his long hair and was very surprised to see a man step out of the car.
Body found in vehicle at Alabama Walmart parking lot

An investigation is underway after a man was found dead inside a vehicle at a Walmart parking lot in Hartselle.
Hartselle Police said they received a call Tuesday evening in connection to a missing person from a neighboring jurisdiction and a vehicle at the Walmart parking lot. Officers checked the vehicle and found the missing person, a man in his 30s, deceased.
Police said it appeared the body had been in the vehicle since early Friday morning but was obscured by tinted windows.
Foul play is not suspected. The name is being withheld pending additional notifications.

HARTSELLE, Ala. (WAFF) - Investigators in Hartselle arrested two people accused of stealing a vehicle with a stolen license plate.
34-year-old Kent Michael Hasting of Falkville and 38-year-old Cristy Michelle Sharp of Waterloo was arrested for first-degree receiving stolen property, according to Hartselle Police Department.
Officers tell WAFF the vehicle was taken from a dealership in Cullman. Authorities said Hasting and Sharp could potentially face more charges as the investigation continues.

DECATUR, Ala. (AP) Five people have been indicted on capital murder charges in a fatal shooting last year in Alabama, a prosecutor said Thursday.
Morgan County District Attorney Scott Anderson said the defendants are all being held without bond in connection with the July 24 shooting death of Anthony Larry Sheppard, 41, of Hartselle.
Logan Delp, 36, and Jaclyn Skuce, 38, both of Madison, face charges along with Aaron Howard, 40, of Toney, and LaJuhn Smart, 25 and Angela Stolz, 34, both of Huntsville. Records show all the defendants are jailed in Morgan County except Delp, who is in the Madison County Jail, The Decatur Daily reported.
