Hyderabad: The Hyderabad Kirana Merchants Association on Thursday announced self lockdown by shutting shops in Begum Bazaar, the largest wholesale trade hub, by 5 pm from April 9 as the cases of coronavirus continue to increase.
However, the state government has made it very clear that it would not consider imposing a lockdown.
