HOWARD COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) - The Howard County Prosecutor Mark McCann says they have seen an increase in the number of what they are calling social media Vigilante groups. Several of them perform stings on what the group calls online sexual predators. The prosecutor is urging citizens not to take the law into their own hands.
