Hanover Street School, Lebanon Middle School closed Monday due to staffing shortage
Staff Report
Modified: 4/18/2021 6:37:53 PM
LEBANON The Hanover Street and Lebanon Middle schools will be closed Monday because of staffing shortages, school officials said Sunday.
After receiving COVID-19 vaccinations on Saturday “many staff are experiencing side effects,” Superintendent Joanne Roberts wrote in an email to parents.
As a result, she said, there’s not enough staff to operate the Hanover Street School an elementary school attached to Lebanon High School or Lebanon Middle School either in-person or remotely.
Roberts said both Lebanon High School and the Mount Lebanon Elementary School will be open Monday and buses to those schools will run on their normal schedules.
