I've always been a bit of a seeker, constantly trying new things and looking for ways to learn and grow and make my life (and my family's!) betterer and betterer ;-P. . After I had my Bars run the first time at the Tauranga Women's Expo 2014 by the gorgeous Christina Divine, I literally felt like I was floating....lighter, calmer and more at peace than I'd felt in who the hell knows how long. And this was at a time when I was struggling big time with post natal depression, and nothing else seemed to be working for me in alleviating the heaviness/darkness/overwhelm that I had been experiencing.. . Of course me being me, I decided on the spot that I NEEDED to learn how to do this weirdo Bars thingee. So I took a Bars Class with Moana Brown, and then another one, and then another one :-P and have been practicing running Bars and getting my own Bars run for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say the Bars and other Access tools have CHANGED MY LIFE (and maybe even saved it).. .
