Active Physio Howick was established in 2004 and started as a local private practice in Central Howick as the first franchise of the Active Physio group. Our focus at the time and remains to this day providing the highest quality physiotherapy services to our people. In 2008 Active Physio Highbrook was launched in 2008 and serves the business community in East Tamaki and surrounding suburbs. It is a purpose built clinic and rehabilitation gym enabling us to grow our scope.. Active Physio Ltd continued to grow and in the ensueing years the group grew to 20 practices across the North Island.. This enabled us to take the next step and expand our business along our mission of providing a holistic approach to health, wellbeing and injury. In 2013 we became Active Plus. The Plus was due to the need to reflect we were a company of more than physios. We now employ Occupational therapists, social workers, Psychologists, Medical Specialists and a raft of other health providers in order to provide extraordinary services to our clientele.
