You call, set up a time to drop off your computer, all we usually need is the “box”.* In most cases, we do not need the monitor, keyboard, mouse, or any cords. For laptops, please also bring the power cord. We will diagnose it, then call you with the estimate and what is needed from you. Most services are complete in 1-3 business days or less.. . *If more is needed for your particular system we will inform you during the initial phone call.. . Please call when you have a computer service need. When you bring in your computer, we can perform hardware and software troubleshooting to determine the problem.. . Pick-up and drop-off service within 10 miles of our location: $40, . 10 miles + $80+*. . *Requires an appointment at least one day in advance. Requires someone 18 years or older to be present.
