The ASBTDC office in Russellville, Arkansas,at Arkansas Tech University, provides free consulting and low-cost training for small business owners in Conway, Pope, Johnson, Franklin, Crawford, Sebastian, Logan, Scott, and Yell Counties. . . The Arkansas Tech University Small Business and Technology Development Center is funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the U. S. Small Business Administration through a partnership with the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and the Arkansas Tech University College of Business.
