This class will incorporate Barre with the Pilates mat class. Tone& lift! (Wear grip socks). . TBS – Total Body Sculpt. This class is a high intensity aerobic workout. You will burn fat and calories in the fast moving hour you are here. We begin this class with a warm up and go into a 20 minute cardio session. Next we will sculpt the whole body front to back, top to bottom and side to side! NO MUSCLE will be left behind!!All levels welcome but if you’re a beginner and have not been exercising you may want to start with another class. PROPER ATHLETIC SHOES A MUST!!! IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN DRINKING WATER BEFORE THIS CLASS PLEASE COME BACK WHEN YOU ARE HYDRATED.. . PILATES PUMP. Starting with a slow warm up to get the body ready to sculpt. we will spend about a 10 minute segment of class using 1 to 5 pound weights then move straight into lower body toning and end with Pilates core work on the mat. (wear grip socks). . Lunch Break Blitz. Get a power work out on your lunch break! We will work you out head to toe, side to side and front to back! (wear grip socks). . PILATES SCULPT. This class will combine your favorite Total Body Sculpt and Pilates Pump classes into one 30 minute session to better accommodate your schedule. We will sculpt the entire body front to back, top to bottom and side to side! NO MUSCLE will be left behind!! (wear grip socks). . Saturday Pilates. Pilates is about gaining control of your body.
