The Renter desires to rent from Bounce Inflatables certain inflatable equipment to be used by Renter, his/her guest invites or other persons while in the renters possession. Renter understands that use of the inflatable equipment in an inherently dangerous activity which may, by its nature, cause injury or harm to Renter, his/hers guests, invites, or other persons. The Renter does herby freely, voluntarily, and without duress executes this Release under the following terms: . . 1. Waiver and Releases: Renter does herby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Bounce Inflatables and its successors and assigns from any an all liability claims, and demands of what ever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Renters possession and use of Bounce Inflatables equipment.. . 2. Renters Understands and acknowledge that this release discharges Bounce Inflatables, from any liability or claim that Renter may have against. Bounce Inflatables with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from Renters use and possession of Bounce Inflatables equipment.. . 1. Assumption of the Risk; Renter recognizes and understands that use of Bounce Inflatables equipment may involve inherently dangerous activities. . . 2. Renter understands and acknowledges that this release discharges Bounce Inflatables from injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from the possession and use of Bounce Inflatables equipment.. . 3. Insurance: The Renter understands that insurance for liability, health, and medical or disability coverage in any way related to the rental of equipment under this agreement is the sole responsibility of Renter.. . 4. Indemnification: Renter agrees that he/she will indemnify and hold Bounce Inflatables harmless from any liability resulting from the use of Bounce Inflatables equipment by Renter, his/hers assigns, heirs guest, invites or other persons using the equipment while in Renters possession. . . 5. Other: Renter expressly agrees that his Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by laws of the state of Missouri and that this Release shall be governed by and interrupted in accordance with the laws of the state of Missouri. Renter agrees that in the event that any clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this release which shall continue to be enforceable. . . 6. Equipment: Renter further agrees that he/she/it is responsible for the full value of the PROPERTY leased herein in the event the PROPERTY is stolen or damaged while in Renter’s care, custody or control. Bounce Inflatables warrants that Bounce Inflatables unit leased under this Rental Agreement will be in good working order on the effective date of the Rental Agreement. Renter represents and warrants the safe return of the unit and hereby agrees to pay four thousand ($4,000) if it is not returned.. . 7. Damage Waiver: If Renter pay the damage waiver charge for the PROPERTY leased herein Renter will be relieved from the liability for accidental damage to the PROPERTY, but not for any losses or damages due to theft, burglary, misuse or abuse, intentional damage, disappearance, personal injury or any loss due to Renter failure to care properly for such PROPERTY in a prudent manner.. . 8. Rain policy: during severe conditions (i.e. Rain, high winds, etc), we reserve the right to cancel our reservations. If conditions are not too severe we will give you the option of keeping it or cancelling at no charge. If you decide to keep the unit for the terms of this agreement, there will be no refunds, discounts or rain checks!. . 9.
