Detailed description is The Butcher Block is a locally owned family business established in 2003 by Bryan and Sherri Shelton. We supply 5 star restaurant quality products; meats, seafood, appetizers, and so much more! All of our fresh meats are hand cut and never frozen! Our kabobs are a top seller any day of the week; we have filet kabobs (beef tenderloin), beef kabobs (flank steak), and pork kabobs, all seasoned, all kabobed by hand! We also do our own specialty grinds; Seasoned Ribeye Burgers, Seasoned Pork Burgers, and Seasoned Jalapeno Bacon Pork Burgers. All ground fresh in our store and all pattied by hand! We carry a variety of seafood, appetizers, pizzas, deli meats and cheeses, sauces, and seasonings. During the holidays we have Amish Country Kitchen's fresh turkeys and hams! Holiday, weekend cookout, or just dinner for tonight, the Butcher Block is the place to go!
