I graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in 2015, but I’ve always wanted to be a healer. While raising my children and working as a caregiver, I spent many years learning about herbal medicine and natural healing. It was a simple step in my journey to begin studying massage therapy.. . My dream in attending massage school was to use my skills and knowledge to develop a therapeutic touch practice for women. I am now proud to offer a holistic approach to healing for women with chronic pain, and I believe that routine bodywork can be a long-term solution for those suffering from lifelong conditions. In performing massage, I help my clients achieve greater self-awareness and, through that, offer a stepping stone to healing.. . Though I can and do perform massage for the purpose of relaxation, I believe that the best way to pamper your body is to give it the care it really needs. I perform many styles of massage, and prefer to incorporate many techniques to promote healing and self-awareness for my client.
