Detailed description is Dacorum Communities For Learning (DCFL) offers Adult Learners low cost Computer Courses & subsidised low cost Leisure Courses at a selection of community centres in Hemel Hempstead and Tring Registered Charity (No 1127724) DCFL is a local charity offering very low cost computer courses, work skills courses & leisure courses that are part funded by the Government. . We run Computer courses on Laptops for complete beginners as well as Tablet & iPad courses. We also run courses on Internet & E Mail, Microsoft Word, Further MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Skype & Digital Photograph Editing. Computer courses cost Approx £25 for a 6 week course with discounts for Dacorum Card holders. Courses are run at local community centres where it is FREE to park. The classes are small & additional help or support is available at Internet Cafes which operate out of some of the community centres linked to our project.. We also run a number of other courses including Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene & Handling, Arts & Crafts, Creative Writing, Watercolour Painting, How to use & get the most out of your Mobile Phone, Spanish, German & learning to play Bridge. Prices for these courses vary but discounts are still available for Dacorum Card holders.. ALL Courses must be paid for in advance to secure a place on the course.. . Courses are held at Adeyfield, Bennetts End, Gadebridge, Grovehill, Highfield, Warners End & Tring. Please note not all courses are run at all centres so please be a bit flexible.. Not all courses run all of the time & will only run if we have a viable amount of learners for a course.
