The After School Education Program of Elko is directed and instructed by Mrs. Vicki Navarro, and is supported through a team effort of the Elko Band Council, Inter-Tribal Council of Nevada's Child Care Development Fund, and the Elko Indian Colony Community.. . The Elko Band Council After School Education Program is a member and collaborates with the National After School Association, National After School Alliance, Nevada After School Network, Education Advisory Committee for Native American and Alaskan Natives, and the Tribal Early Childhood Advisory Council.. .
