Detailed description is Fear Walk is an interactive horror experience based in the depths of Ithaca's woods. Trails of terror found ahead.. . Immerse Yourself! In the period from about 1450-1750 around 40,000 to 60,000 individuals were tried as witches and were condemned to death. One of the most undisclosed trials to ever take place was a young lady by the name of Karen Brown. Karen lived in what is now Ithaca, NY. On October 25th 1745 Karen was accused of practicing witchcraft, praising Satan, cursing the townspeople, and sacrificing children. The day of her execution, she was brought up to the Natural Lands of Ithaca and was hung on Hilda Hill. Right before she was hung, Karen cursed the woods and the town of Ithaca forever. It is said to this day that those who dare to enter the woods during the month of October are met with great evil. It has been highly advised to not enter the woods, especially past sundown, where activity is supposed to be heightened. Legend has it those who have attempted to camp out in search of Karen have been awoke at night, kidnapped, and brought to Hilda Hill to their death. Welcome to: The Curse of Karen.
