Detailed description is We are a reptile breeder located in Bismarck, North Dakota. We specialize in many species of geckos. We are the largest gecko breeder in North Dakota. We enjoy producing high quality, beautiful, and healthy animals. Currently, we work with Leopard Geckos, Smooth Knob Tails, Rough Knob Tails, African Fat Tails, and Web-Footed Geckos.. . Check us out throughout the year for surprise sales and giveaways!. We sell nationwide as well as locally.. . SHIPPING / TERMS OF SERVICE:. • We accept PayPal, major credit cards, cashier’s checks, money orders, and cash(in person only).. • Shipping will be arranged after payment is received and cleared. All payments must be made in US currency.. . • We reserve the right to decline any sale that we feel will not be in our animals’ best interest.. • Must be 18 or older, or parental consent must be provided.. . HOLD POLICY:. • We will hold animals for up to 72 hours pending payment by Priority Mail.. • We will hold animals for up to 14 days with a non-refundable deposit, applied toward purchase.. • Payment is due in full at the end of 14 days unless other arrangements have been made.. • We will hold animals for up to 30 days with payment in full.. • We will hold animals indefinitely with payment in full when shipping conditions are not optimum.. • Deposits and/or Cancellation fees will be waived if for some reason we cannot supply the animal.. . CANCELLATION POLICY:. Orders cancelled after deposit or payment is received are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.. . DOMESTIC SHIPPING:. • Shipping will always be FedEx Priority Overnight via Reptiles Express. Available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays with live arrival guaranteed.. • Payment and all requested info is due by 3pm CST for same day shipping.. • Shipments are packed in heavy-duty, corrugated boxes with Styrofoam inserts.. • Heat/cold packs will be used when appropriate based on the current weather/temperature forecasts.. • Boxes are clearly labeled “LIVE HARMLESS GECKOS, HANDLE WITH CARE”. • We reserve the right to postpone shipping if weather temperatures are extreme - <35 or >92 degrees F.. • You must be available to receive the shipped animal on the first attempt or live arrival cannot be guaranteed.. • Although we will ship under optimal conditions only, we are not responsible for any weather related issues or acts of nature that can occur during the shipping process.. • Standard procedure with acquiring any new reptile pet is to quarantine them from your existing collection for 90 days. This will ensure that any health issues are noticed and cannot spread to the existing collection. That includes animals to be used for breeding purposes.. . SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. . Fire n’ Ice Geckos’ Guarantee. • All geckos are guaranteed to be 100% healthy and feeding well at the time they are shipped.. • Since we have no guarantee of their care after arrival, our responsibility ends 48 hours after delivery. (or after the animal has left our table in the case of a sale at a reptile show. All sales are final, as we cannot guarantee safety after it has left our care in an environment filled with various reptile species carried by many different vendors.). • We guarantee 100% disclosure on all known pertinent information on our geckos.. • We guarantee that all geckos are accurately represented in their photos.
