Detailed description is Kids place is a safe, affordable and enriching after-school & summer day program for Kindergarteners through 8th graders. Children entering 1st grade in the fall are welcome in our summer program! After- School Program: . Mon-Fri, we pick children up from Malden schools with our van and bus and bring them to Kids’ Place where they receive a nutritious snack and help with homework. A variety of fun and educational activities make for an enriching school year!. Summer Day Program: . Send your child for 7 weeks to our summer program where they will have a blast and make new friends! Weekly themes add excitement to each day as we enjoy a fun-filled summer with field trips, wacky water time, outdoor & indoor games, chapel, special events & guest speakers. Your child will love club time which includes a variety of different clubs such as sports, cooking, science, arts & crafts, drama, music and more! . . But wait! Learning doesn’t stop just because it’s summer vacation. Our weekly themes and clubs provide many ways for children to explore history, science and more. We also incorporate opportunities for kids to use reading and math skills throughout the summer. **All staff are CPR/ AED & First Aid certified. We are licensed through the Department of Early Education & Care and except childcare vouchers.
