Detailed description is Klamath County Transition Program (KCTP) serves eligible special education students (18-21). Our program targets life skills training, job skill training and placement with stipend, community service activities, and recreational and leisure/ social skills. KCTP works collaboratively with Developmental Disability Services (DDS) and Vocational Rehabilitation (VOC).
