Detailed description is The Lazarus Rescue Foundation specializes in neonatal kitten rescue, cat/dog adoptions, and provides affordable spay/neuter for South Plains pet owners. The goal of the Lazarus Rescue Foundation is to bring together people and rescue pets. Right now we are focused on the Levelland Texas area but hope to some day expand. Bringing spay and neuter programs and spay and release programs to areas with extreme pet over population problems and lack of funding. We hope to be able to save animals through foster networks. From litters of orphans to animals that have been sentenced to die.
