Cette merveille architecturale de 1914 fût restaurée pour devenir un gîte par Jean Guy Viau et Michel Lemay; ils ont su rehausser ce joyau du patrimoine, sans pour autant dénaturer le bâtiment et l'ont meublé d'antiquités rappelant cette époque.
