Detailed description is A Full Process Service Firm Offering County, Statewde and Nationwide Service. We SERVE What No Else Can Serve and Give The Service No One Else Does. Jose H. Mejia has been a certified process server since January of 1986 working for several large and prestigious agencies gaining much experience and at the same time noting what needed to be changed to become the best in the industry. Many of the complaints back then were and still are: Lack of communication with clients needing status, no returns or defective returns preventing or prolonging a default in a case. The inability of most servers to serve process when a defendant or witness avoids service stalling a case, deposition or a hearing. Many servers lacking sense of urgency. Jose H. Mejia founded Federal Process Service in 1991 and Jose H. Mejia, P.I., Inc in 1996. He has worked with many Law firms gaining their trust with very high profile cases. He has served many defendant's where others could not. People like Marvin Warner of E.S.M. a/k/a Gold Bullion Exchange The suit, filed in 1985 by ESM trustee Thomas Tew, accused Warner of using inside information to profit from ESM`s fraudulent activities. Tew originally asked for more than $60 million, but the amount was reduced by U.S. District Judge Jose Gonzalez Jr. to $22.6 million. This suit was filed and attempted by several servers in 1985 and early 1986. It was not until Jose's diligence and repeated attempts at 6 addresses over a 6 month period that this defendant was served. Other people include Julius Trump, Brazilian singer Roberto Carlos where Jose located and stood outside defendant's hotel door prior to the start of a concert delaying the concert until defendant came out. For over 14 years Jose H. Mejia, P.I., Inc was responsible for the filing, data entry, distribution, monitoring, and service of process for a very large agency as a subcontractor handling over 80 percent of the foreclosure cases filed in Miami Dade County up until 2010 . For almost two years our company was filing over two hundred cases daily. In that 14 year period gave that firm four to five non services as avoiders affidavits because the client would not wait for defendant to return from known vacation destination and return date. Recently our firm has started serving for clients that: had to filed a motion for continuance where the server could not serve defendant in 120 days due to avoidance. After the motion was granted and order signed. We served this defendant personally at the same address, a high end high rise condo in South Beach in three days. In the same week we were contacted by a new client that was given a creative due and diligence affidavit where three witnesses needed for a big case could not be served due to avoidance and one could not be located. Upon initial attempt at original address another server was having a hard time serving this witness foreclosure papers due to his contact card still posted at door two weeks earlier. These witnesses were both served personally after three days at same address. The other witness was located and served at an unknown apartment building that did not list the witness and utilities were under a different name.
