Detailed description is During the course of the training season, approximately 4,000 members pass through our doors. The training season mainly runs through the beginning of December to the end of the May, during this time members will be involved in both classroom & fieldwork. Local 49's Training Center has been in Hinckley since the fall of 2006. Our Hinckley center is sited on approximately 400 acres, with facilities that include great outdoor training areas, 10 classrooms, a 6 bay shop, welding shop, wash bay, and our geo-thermally heaated all-weather 30,000 sq ft indoor training area. We are currently expanding and building a new training facility in Mandan North Dakota, which should be ready to offer classes in 2018.
