When ordering from PHDesigns, please keep in mind that wood is a organic material, it can crack, split, warp, shrink and expand. This does not happens often, but it is a possibility. PHDesigns takes care when working with wood and purchases the best hand selected boards that have been kiln dried and allows it to sit for months before building with each board. If any of the above does occur, refunds are not issued. PHDesigns believes that this just adds beauty and character to the piece. . . Please note that pieces are all custom made for each client and no piece will ever be identical.
