They are passive solar and built in 2016 with the most up-to-date materials in building efficiency to reduce energy bills and consumption. The small building envelope allows a minimalist a clutter-free environment. The neighborhood is a genuine Poncha Springs town, small and quaint and in close proximity to the outdoors where recreation abounds. The cabins are nestled in the cottonwood trees surrounded by nature. . . A five minute walk, you will find the Disc Golf Course and hiking. A 20 minute drive takes you to Monarch Ski Area. And this is the start and end of the world famous Crest Biking trail. A short drive or walk will also take you to Vino Salida and Elevation Brewery and Pub n' Grub as well as some of the best Thai and Italian restaurants in town.. .
