The proper gear, paired with the education on how to run that gear, ensures the greatest chance for successful utilization. . . None of the classes with Rathmines are “barrel burner” classes. Meaning we will not replace quality with quantity. We believe every round fired should have training value. You are not paying to come out and shoot drills you could simply do on your own time. We provide hands on instruction that you can develop as you progress. . . . We maintain our classes to be realistic. You can “what if” a technique to death, but we only teach what we think works best. We come from the school of hard knocks and have tried a lot of different things. We realize there are several different ways to do anything. We are not saying that our way is the only way. We are simply going to share the ideas that have worked for us. . . We realize that no 2 shooters are alike. Every class is tailored to match the tempo and skill level of that particular class. It’s not per se a “no shooter left behind” concept, but we will make sure everyone gets the most out of the class regardless of their skill level. The fundamentals are a constant; however, each student perceives and retains information differently. We acknowledge this scenario, and provide instruction so that each student receives the data effectively. Our intent is to primarily “teach" the knowledge required, so that your experience is second to none, and your investment is fully realized. . . . We understand that there are numerous training classes available. We encourage all of our students to go to as many as possible. Never stop learning.
