Detailed description is In 1973 during the wounded knee incident and years after Native Canadians were given the right to vote, a Blackfoot boy named Cloudy Day-soksistsiko Iksistsiko was born.. Born in Calgary, Canada and raised on the Siksika reserve.. Francis starting drawing at a young age entering various art contests in school. He quickly learned that art not only connects friends and family but also it empowers and unites them.. An accomplished native dancer, Francis has traveled through out Canada & USA learning new forms of art while Pow-wow dancing.. He now focuses on custom hand painted lamp shades and also custom canvas paintings( i.e. last names ) . Be sure to check out all my pictures on this page..
