Detailed description is Sparrow Custom Builders is an established builder of custom homes, renovations, and additions in the Greater Boston area. I started to get an interest in building and real estate at an early age. Instead of reading cartoons on Sunday morning, my father and I would be combing through the real estate section. Even though no one in my family has a construction or real estate background, no career caught my interest like real estate and construction. As I was graduating St. John's Prep high school and heading off to Bentley University, my main thought was, "how can I buy a property right now?" The answer came two years later in the form of purchasing a multi-family home, with my father's assistance, and heading head first into real estate.. . I will forever be grateful to my father for putting faith into his son and giving me the opportunity to start my real estate voyage. In the next two years, I obtained my bachelors degree in finance, my construction supervisor's license, and completed multiple home improvement projects and renovations. When college was completed, we tackled our first new construction home and have not looked back since. Now years later, what was originally a tentative dream has become an exciting career.. . My father is still an integral part of the success of this company, as the CFO and business partner. We take pride in the fact that we are a family owned company and our image means a lot to us. Our motto from day one has always been "quality above all else" and we truly live by that. Our family name is on the product and that holds a lot of weight with us.
