Detailed description is We are contracted by the U.S. Department of Energy to provide no cost energy audits to manufacturing facilities in New York State. The Syracuse University Industrial Assessment Center (IAC) is one of 24 assessment centers around the country supported by the U.S. Department of Energy. Each of these centers is housed at a college or university and is managed by faculty members and graduate and undergraduate students. The purpose of the Syracuse IAC is to provide no cost energy audits to manufacturing facilities in New York State.
