We incorporated in 1986 renaming the company Micro Serve Network, Inc. after adding networking solutions to our repair business. By going through some regularly scheduled consulting engagements, we can better understand the challenges you face and address them in a timely manner. . . 1983 - Opened as Micro-Fix TM repairing computers, printers and monitors down to component level.. 1984 – Landed agreements to repair all computers and printers for Dallas ISD and Irving ISD as well as a number of other smaller school districts.. 1986 – Gary Darby purchased Micro-Fix TM and soon changed the name to Micro Serve Network, Inc. reflecting our move into networking.. 1987 – Micro Serve Network became the primary service center for Federated Stores in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas.. 1987 – Micro Serve Network signed as an authorized dealer and/or service center for: Apple TM, Campaq TM, HP TM, IBM TM, Epson TM, Okidata TM as well as a number of other manufacturers that are no longer in business (think Star TM, Juki TM, Citoh TM, Corona TM, Commodore TM, Atari TM, etc.). 1988 – Signed as Everex’s TM first authorized dealer and service center in North Texas. Became the primary repair center for all of Mobil Oil’s monitors.. 1989 - Gary joined Everex’s TM advisory board. 1990 – Micro Serve Network became the primary service liaison for Epson TM customer service nationwide. 1991 – Micro Serve Network became the primary repair center for Soft Warehouse’s TM (think CompUSA TM) Epson and Okidata TM products.. 1992 - Gary joined Okidata’s TM Dealer Advisory Board. 1993 – Micro Serve Network became a Novell Gold Partner TM and the primary service center for all of Southwest Airlines TM gate information monitors nationwide. 1994 – Gary wrote the service program for Okidata’s TM Premiere Service Centers. Micro Serve Network was awarded Okidata’s TM first Premiere Service Center. 1998 – Gary joined Novell’s TM Dealer Advisory Board during Eric Schmidt’s tenure as CEO.. 1999 – Micro Serve Network exited the repair business to focus solely on networking Microsoft TM and Novell TM products.. 2001 - Micro Serve Network discontinued support on Novell products to concentrate solely on Microsoft network products.. 2004 – Micro Serve Network became a Managed Service Provider MSP. 2009 – We changed our operating name to Think Unified TM to reflect our evolving business and services.. 2011 – Think Unified TM became a Cloud Hosting Provider introducing Cloud Hosting Solutions and remote backup solutions. 2012 – Think Unified TM introduced RecoveryMaster TM, own BDR solution. 2013 4th Qtr - Introducing AnimalCloud TM a SAAS hosting solution for AISTM veterinarian software products..
