Barley Downs is a newer breeding facility located in southern Michigan. We specialize in breeding Gypsy Vanner horses that are competitive. We currently stand a breathtaking homozygous black & white tobiano Gypsy Vanner stallion. Horse Feathers Rhumba currently stands at 15.3hh which is very hard to find with a Gypsy. With exceptional movement and temperament this stallion is offered A/I to approved mares.. . Barley Downs also offers exceptional alpacas and stands multiple champion herdsires. We breed for quality first and foremost but focus on grey, pattern & true black alpacas. However, we tend to have quite a mix with 30+ alpacas and counting! Typically we have new crias born each year and can help you find the alpaca(s) of your dreams. Whether you are looking for foundation stock, pregnant females, crias, herdsires or fiber animals we can help!
