Detailed description is Boundless Way Temple is a practice center for the Boundless Way Zen community. Offering daily sittings, weekly private meetings with a teacher, and 4-5 retreats a year. Melissa Myozen Blacker Roshi and David Dae An Rynick Roshi are in residence. All morning practice periods include sitting and walking meditation (zazen and kinhin) and a brief chanting service. Dokusan (individual meeting with a teacher) is offered every Friday morning. And please stay for breakfast and Temple caretaking practice at 8 AM on Fridays.. . All evening practice periods include sitting and walking meditation (zazen and kinhin), a chanting service and a dharma talk. Dokusan (individual meeting with a teacher) is offered at every practice period during the first week of every month, and every third and fifth Tuesday evening. . . There is no charge for weekly practice periods or dokusan. However, donations (dana) of any amount are gratefully accepted. All donations are used to provide a stipend for the teachers, pay for the rent and maintenance of facilities, and to support the work of the Worcester Zen Community, Boundless Way Temple and Boundless Way Zen.
