We begin every program with a comprehensive evaluation to determine your specific needs and goals. From this information we create a program to help maximize your potential. Plan to schedule two to three appointments per week for maximum performance benefits. The training will include a combination of straight-ahead speed training, multi-directional agility, plyometrics, acceleration and strength training depending on your individual needs and goals.. .
