Detailed description is Multicultural and First Generation Student Support seeks to advocate & provide resources for both ALANA and first-generation students at Clark University. The office of Multicultural and First Generation Student Support assists students of ALANA & multiracial descent and first-generation college students in the development and implementation of their academic and career goals. Multicultural and First Generation Student Support serves as an anchor for enhanced University-wide initiatives to promote the academic success of the undergraduate students, through providing community, resources, and leadership opportunities. We work to make a big difference in the lives of the students with whom we serve. . . The office sponsors various events and programs that work to support the success and holistic development of its students. This includes:. -ACE (Academic Clark Excellence) Summer Institute to helping students create academic plans, offering peer mentoring and study groups. . -Connections. -Sisters in Stride (SIS). -FOCUS. -CLUE Workshops. -and more! .
