Detailed description is This is a strength and conditioning program at the YMCA. Classes are for one hour long sessions and they are on the following days:. Monday-Thursday 530am-630am and 7pm-8pm. Friday 530am-630am and 6pm-7pm. . This strength and conditioning program focuses around but is not limited to weight lifting (dead lift, press, squat, Olympic lifts), fuctional body movements (pull ups, sit ups,and push ups), and cardio (running and rowing). . .
