I utilize techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy and relaxation techniques; with a little bit of humor on the side.. . My clientele consists of individuals aged 8-70. I specialize in anxiety disorders and relational issues. I currently accept BCBS, Tufts, UBH and Fallon insurances. . . The cost for an intake session is $150.00 and the cost for each session thereafter is $100.00. I accept cash and credit cards.
