Founded in 1990, the Beamish Family Orchard sells certified organic apples and cider. After attending an Artisan Craft Distilling workshop, we spent the next eighteen months learning the craft and setting up the business. Deep Roots Distillery was incorporated in November 2013 and granted a Prince Edward Island Distillery License in May 2014. Locally grown fruit is featured in our products to capture the flavour and spirit of PEI.
