The people of First Presbyterian Church are a family of faith created and called by God, inspired and guided by the example of Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. We purpose to be a living expression of God's nature to all in our church, community and world. Therefore:. . We will joyfully celebrate God's grace through worship in the Reformed tradition with a message and in a manner relevant to a changing world. . Through Bible based programs for all ages we will educate and nurture Christian discipleship in our members for witness and service.. . As a spiritual family we will be welcoming home which provides support and fellowship to all who come among us.. . We will witness to and exemplify the gospel as Christ’s ambassadors through evangelism and outreach.
