Detailed description is Harvard Kennedy School One Red Paperclip Challenge to benefit DigiSarathi, a Mumbai-based social enterprise that provides IT solutions to non-profits. One Red Paperclip is an experiment in value creation started by Kyle McDonald, who famously conducted a series of trades to achieve his dream of owning a house, starting from a humble red paperclip. . . This experiment is part of the Negotiations course of the Harvard Kennedy School, and we are a team of four looking to create value by replicate Kyle's novel idea for a good cause. . . Our beneficiary is DigiSarathi, a Mumbai-based social enterprise that focuses on using technology to empower and enable non-profits and small business. We choose this non-profit due to the unrelenting commitment of DigiSarathi's founder (Prashant Pandit) to create value where it is needed most. While most of India's high-skilled IT workforce (the largest of its kind in the world) chooses to work overseas or in cushy corporate jobs, Prashant has instead chosen to apply his IT expertise to solving critical challenges that NGOs and non-profits are unable to tackle.. . Rules of the game:. . Each week, each member of our team (profiles are below) will post one item for trading on this page, and followers will be able to offer items to trade further. Remember, each comment is a commitment, and we will hold you to your pledge to trade that object.. . Team profile. . Alison Nichols. Gautam Kamath. Mukundi Wachira . Tianyi Yang. . To be completed
