Detailed description is King's Pointe is a seasonal RV park near the 39MM at Lake of the Ozarks. We have 50 seasonal camping spots & 2 nightly spots.. King's Pointe is a seasonal RV park in Sunrise Beach, MO, at Lake of the Ozarks. By water, it is in Brush Creek Cove at the 39mm. We have 50 camping spots rented by the season & 2 that are rented by the night. Sorry, no tent camping allowed. . . The RV park is nicely wooded with a community fire pit, playground, swim area, picnic pavillion, boat ramp & docks. There is a gas dock (open Memorial Day to Labor Day) which sells boat gas, beer, sodas, water, snacks & ice. . Seasonal lot rent starts at $1,400 per year (pre-paid on an annual basis) and includes water, sewer & trash. Renters sign up with CoMo for their electric. Boat slips in a variety of sizes are also available for rent. The nightly camping spots have full hookups & are near the water. There are no concrete pads. They rent for $25 per night Monday-Thursday & $30 per night Friday & Saturday. Holiday weekends require a 3-night stay. . There is no shower house or restaurant/bar but it's a great place to relax with your family & make some great memories. There's plenty to do in the area including fishing, boating, swimming and more!
