This is a page for language awareness, and revitalization on available materials produced yearly by the NWT Cree Language Program, in Fort Smith, NT. The NWT Cree Language Program has been around since 2000, located in Fort Smith, NT. Over the last 12 years the program has produced learning materials, and has held several events in the South Slave communities of the NWT. We continue to strive for language revitalization and improvements to materials produced by the program. With a small language committee, and working with the Language Division of the GNWT, the Cree Program does yearly reports on it's progress at Metis Annual General Assemblies and Language Symposiums. . .
