Detailed description is Men of Letters is a student organization for men in the literary society tradition at Nyack College. Its purpose is to develop the ethical and intellectual excellence of its members and their fellow brothers. I. PURPOSE. The purpose of Men of Letters is to develop the ethical and intellectual excellence of the members and their fellow brothers. This will be done primarily through lectures and discussions on culture, current events and the liberal arts. It is sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences. This will be hosted on the Manhattan Campus during the 2011-2012 academic year.. . II. VALUES.
