Detailed description is Welcome to Peaches N’ Such, y’all! We are a true farm to table restaurant owned by the Watson Family of Monetta. We use seasonal fresh fruits and vegetables grown right here on the farm, and represent other local farmers and ranchers on our menu as much as we can. We use sausages from Cone’s Meats in Ridge Spring. Our Burgers are Local Angus Beef from Yon Family Farm in Ridge Spring. . . QUALITY: One of the core philosophies here is to buy the best and try not to mess it up. We use the best to create a great guest experience and to complement the Watsonia Quality Brand. As examples, we use Duke’s Mayonnaise, Luzianne Tea, Premium Colombian Medium Roast Coffee, Smucker’s Jellies and Syrups, and so on. The Chicken Salad is breast meat only, and made daily. The Tuna is a premium pole and line caught skipjack tuna to minimize negative effects on our fisheries. Our milkshakes are hand spun, and our soft serve ice cream is made with Watsonia Peaches and Strawberries and is now also available in vanilla and chocolate. The hot dog chili is all beef and is made following an old family recipe. We fry with an all-vegetable oil and sauté/grill with an olive/canola oil blend.. . BAKERY: Our Bakers create fresh baked treats, all from scratch, no mix boxes. They make a rotating roster of goodies including Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge, Cheese Straws, Banana Pudding Cake, Peanut Butter Fudge, Cheese Straws, Hummingbird Cake, Red Velvet with Cheesecake, Sweet Potato Cake, Strawberry Cake with Strawberry Icing, and the Apple Sauce Spice Cake with Caramel Topping.
